- plain yogurt200 g

- sugar80 g
- dry yeast7 g
- salt1 to taste
- baking soda0.5 tsp
- egg1 pcs
- milk200 ml

Make a soft dough from flour, yogurt or milk, yeast or baking soda, salt, and egg.

Cover and rest for 30-45 minutes so it becomes softer and easier to stretch.
