Ingredients

  • noodles250 g
  • onion1 pcs
  • carrot1 pcs
  • celery2 stalks
  • lemon1 pcs
  • parsley20 g
  • broth or water800 ml
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Cover the chicken with water or broth, bring to a boil, and skim off the foam.
