  • white wine vinegar1 tbsp
  • sugar0.5 tsp
  • dill15 g
  • salt1 to taste
  • ground black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

1

Wash the cucumbers, peel partially if desired, and slice into very thin rounds.

2

Transfer the cucumbers to a sieve, sprinkle with salt, gently toss and let sit for 20 minutes to drain off excess liquid.

3

Gently press the cucumbers with your hands, without crushing them, and pour off the released juice.

4

For the dressing, mix the sour cream, vinegar, sugar and black pepper until smooth.

5

Add the finely chopped dill, pour the dressing over the cucumbers and gently toss. Add more salt if needed.

6

Cover the salad and chill for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve cold with fish, meat or potatoes.
