  • mollusks400 g
  • potato600 g
  • dry white wine150 ml
  • paprika1 tsp
  • garlic2 cloves
  • parsley15 g
  • bay leaf2 pcs

  • dry wine150 ml
  • pickled cucumbers40 g

Instructions

Cut pork into cubes and marinate with garlic, paprika, bay leaf, and white wine.

Cut potatoes into cubes and fry or roast until golden.
