Ingredients

  • white beans400 g
  • pork600 g
  • smoked sausages250 g
  • onion1 pcs
  • carrot1 pcs
  • canned tomatoes400 g
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Rinse white beans, onion, carrot and canned tomatoes; soak dry legumes and cook until tender.

Chop onion and carrot and saute until soft.

Add pork, smoked sausages, white beans, onion and carrot and pour in water.

Simmer gently until thick.

At the end, stir in carrot and canned tomatoes, then season with salt and pepper.
