- red kidney beans300 g

- butter30 g
- broth800 ml

Rinse the legumes and soak them ahead if needed; simply drain canned beans.

Cook the onion, garlic, peppers, or tomatoes until soft.

Add Corn, Red kidney beans, Butter, Broth and stir into the aromatic base.

Pour in the water, broth, or coconut milk from the recipe and simmer until tender.
