Ingredients

  • brown lentils300 g
  • sausages250 g
  • potato2 pcs
  • carrot2 pcs
  • onion1 pcs
  • celery2 stalks
  • broth1200 ml
  • vinegar1 tbsp
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste
  • parsley15 g
  • bay leaf2 pcs
  • oil2 tbsp

Instructions

Rinse the lentils and soak for 30 minutes if needed.

Fry onion, carrot, and celery in oil until soft.

Add lentils, potatoes, broth, and bay leaf.

Simmer for 30–35 minutes until the lentils are tender.

Slice the sausages and add them near the end; heat for 5 minutes.
