  • cream250 ml
  • milk150 ml
  • hard cheese180 g
  • garlic1 clove
  • butter20 g
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste
  • nutmeg0.25 tsp

Instructions

Slice potatoes thinly.

Rub the baking dish with garlic and grease with butter.
