  • potato600 g
  • broth500 ml

Instructions

Place the beef in a pot with cold water, bring to a boil, and skim off the foam.

Simmer gently for 2-2.5 hours until tender.

Cut the carrot, leek, celery, and potatoes into large pieces.

Add the vegetables and potatoes to the broth 40 minutes before the end.
