Fried potatoes with meat, onion, and egg

Ingredients

  • potato600 g
  • boiled meat or bacon250 g
  • onion1 pcs
  • egg2 pcs
  • butter40 g
  • marjoram1 tsp
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Slice the cooked potatoes and cut the meat or bacon into small pieces.

Slice the onion into half-rings.

Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onion until golden.

Add the potatoes and fry for 6-8 minutes until the edges brown.

Add the meat or bacon, marjoram, salt, and pepper, and warm for another 4-5 minutes.

Fry the egg separately and serve it on top of the gröstl.
