Ingredients

  • green beans400 g
  • water1000 ml
  • egg2 pcs
  • onion1 pcs
  • garlic2 cloves
  • olive oil2 tbsp
  • salt1 to taste
  • ground black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Wash the green beans, trim the ends, and cut the pods in half or into 4–5 cm pieces.

Boil the beans in salted water for 6–8 minutes until tender, then drain in a colander and let drain well.

Dice the onion finely and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion with garlic for 3 minutes, stirring, until translucent.

Add the drained beans to the skillet and warm through for 2–3 minutes, stirring gently.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the beans, lower the heat, and cook, stirring constantly with a spatula, for 2–3 minutes until the eggs just set while staying creamy.
