- boiled rice (day-old)400 g
- egg3 pcs
- carrot1 pcs
- green peas80 g
- soy sauce3 tbsp
- green onion20 g
- sesame oil1 tsp
- canned corn80 g
Instructions

Break up the cold cooked rice with your hands.

Beat the eggs and stir-fry them over high heat, then set aside.

Grate the carrot and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the peas and corn.

Add the rice and stir-fry for another 3 minutes over maximum heat, tossing constantly.

Season with soy sauce and sesame oil.
