Chinese Fried Rice
Wok-fried rice with vegetables, egg, and savory seasoning.
Ingredients
- Day-old cooked rice400 g
- Egg3 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Green peas80 g
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Spring onion20 g
- Sesame oil1 tsp
Instructions
Break up the cold cooked rice with your hands.
Beat the eggs and stir-fry them over high heat, then set aside.
Grate the carrot and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the peas and corn.
Add the rice and stir-fry for another 3 minutes over maximum heat, tossing constantly.
Season with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Add the eggs and spring onion, mix well, and serve.
