  • Pork600 g
  • Dry red wine250 ml
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Cumin1 tsp
  • Cinnamon0.5 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Dry wine150 ml

Instructions

Brown pork lightly.

Add aromatics and cook for 3-5 minutes.
