- Dry red wine250 ml
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Cumin1 tsp
- Cinnamon0.5 tsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Dry wine150 ml

For Afelia Pork in Wine and Coriander, cut pork into serving pieces.

Brown pork lightly.

Add aromatics and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in dry red wine and olive oil and add cumin and cinnamon.
