Ingredients

  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Olives100 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Oregano1 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Fresh mint10 g
  • Cilantro15 g
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Make soft yeast dough from flour, water, yeast, olive oil, and salt.

Chop the olives, onion, and herbs.

Mix olives with onion, mint or cilantro, and a little oil.

Roll the dough, spread the filling, and roll up or shape as a pie.
