Ingredients

  • Yogurt or doogh800 ml
  • Rice300 g
  • Chickpeas250 g
  • Fresh mint15 g
  • Egg2 pcs
  • Salt1 tsp
  • Black pepper0.5 tsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients: rinse grains or legumes, and cut the meat and vegetables according to the recipe.
