- Pork and beef mince500 g
- Rice250 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Broth or water800 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Paprika1 tsp
- Cream150 ml
- Sour cream100 g

Core the peppers, keeping them whole.

Rinse the rice and mix the mince with rice, onion, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Fill the peppers loosely.

Add tomato sauce and a little water to a baking dish or pot.

Place the peppers in the sauce and simmer or bake until the rice and meat are cooked.
