Ingredients

  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Farmer's cheese300 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Sour cream150 g
  • Cream200 ml
  • Butter40 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Make thin dough from flour, egg, oil, water, and salt and let it rest.

Mix cheese with eggs, sour cream, and a pinch of salt.

Roll or stretch the dough very thin.

Spread the cheese filling and roll it up.

Cut the roll into portions and place in a baking dish.
