- Farmer's cheese300 g

- Sour cream150 g
- Cream200 ml
- Butter40 g
- Salt1 to taste

- Water500 ml

Make thin dough from flour, egg, oil, water, and salt and let it rest.

Mix cheese with eggs, sour cream, and a pinch of salt.
