Ingredients

  • Lamb or beef800 g
  • Potatoes800 g
  • Carrots3 pcs
  • Onions2 pcs
  • Broth1000 ml
  • Thyme1 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Parsley15 g
  • Bay leaves2 pcs

Instructions

Cut lamb or beef into large pieces, season, and brown in a pot.

Add onion, carrot, and celery and cook for a few minutes.

Pour in broth and add thyme and bay leaf.

Simmer over low heat for 1-1.5 hours until the meat is tender.

Add large potato pieces and cook for another 25-30 minutes.
