Poached eggs on garlic yogurt with spiced butter.

Ingredients

  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Greek yogurt300 g
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Butter40 g
  • Paprika2 tsp
  • Bread200 g
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Mix the Greek yogurt with minced garlic and a pinch of salt and spread it on a plate.

Bring water to a gentle simmer in a pot.

Poach the eggs carefully for about 3 minutes.

Melt the butter in a pan, add paprika, and warm for 20-30 seconds.

Place the poached eggs on the yogurt.

Drizzle with paprika butter and serve with bread.
