Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs800 g
  • Bell peppers3 pcs
  • Canned tomatoes400 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Jamón or ham100 g
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

For Chicken Chilindron, cut bell peppers, canned tomatoes, onion, chicken thighs and jamón or ham into serving pieces.

Brown chicken thighs and jamón or ham lightly.

Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in olive oil and add the ingredients.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
