Ingredients

  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Canned tuna250 g
  • Bell peppers2 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Canned tomatoes400 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Oil2 tbsp

Instructions

Make dough from flour, water, oil, salt, and yeast, or use prepared dough.

Fry onion and pepper until soft, add tomatoes, and simmer until thick.

Add tuna and chopped boiled eggs, then cool the filling.

Roll out half the dough and place it in a baking tray.

Spread the filling, cover with the second dough layer, and seal the edges.

Brush with egg and bake at 190°C until golden.
