Dan Dan Noodles
A popular chinese home-style dish with wheat noodles, ground pork, chili paste, well suited for a family weekly menu.
Ingredients
- Wheat noodles350 g
- Ground pork300 g
- Chili paste2 tbsp
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Sesame paste3 tbsp
- Spring onion30 g
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions
Cook wheat noodles and chili paste in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.
Prepare the sauce: chop spring onion and warm in a pan.
Add ground pork and spring onion and cook to the right tenderness.
Stir in soy sauce and heat into a smooth sauce.
Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little cooking water for a creamy texture.
Serve immediately while hot.
