Ingredients
- Rice250 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Lemon1 pcs
- Dill20 g
- Mint15 g
- Grape leaves30 pcs
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Dry wine150 ml
Instructions

Rinse vine leaves and soak them if they are salty.

Fry onion in olive oil until soft.

Add rice, dill, mint, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and cook briefly.

Place a little filling on each leaf and roll tightly.

Pack dolmades in a pot, cover with water and lemon juice, and weigh down with a plate.

Simmer for 35-45 minutes and serve warm or cold.
