  • Hard cheese180 g
  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Breadcrumbs80 g

Instructions

Cut the hard cheese into thick sticks or cubes.

Prepare three bowls: flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.

Coat the cheese in flour, dip in egg, and cover with breadcrumbs.

Repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating if needed to prevent leaking.
