Seafood Fideua

Spanish short-noodle dish with seafood and broth

Ingredients

  • Fideo noodles300 g
  • Shrimp250 g
  • Mussels300 g
  • Fish broth700 ml
  • Tomato paste2 tbsp
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Oil2 tbsp

Instructions

Rinse the shrimp and mussels and mince the garlic.

In a wide pan, toast the short fideua noodles in oil for 2-3 minutes until lightly golden, then set aside.

In the same pan, quickly fry the garlic and tomato paste.

Return the noodles, pour in hot fish broth, and bring to a boil.

After 5 minutes, add the shrimp and mussels and cook without stirring for another 7-9 minutes.

Let the dish rest for 5 minutes and serve with lemon.
