  • Salmon500 g
  • Potatoes600 g
  • Cream200 ml
  • Dill20 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Egg1 pcs
  • Milk200 ml

Instructions

Slice potatoes thinly or boil them until partly cooked.

Cut salmon into pieces and slice onion or leek thinly.

Layer potatoes, salmon, and onion in a baking dish.

Mix eggs with cream or milk, salt, pepper, and dill.

Pour the egg-cream mixture over the dish.

Bake at 180°C for 40-50 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
