Ingredients

- Rice250 g
- Sauerkraut500 g
- Paprika2 tbsp
- Sour cream200 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste

Blanch the cabbage leaves and trim the thick ribs.

Cook rice halfway and mix it with mince, onion, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Wrap the filling in cabbage leaves into tight rolls.

Put some sauerkraut or tomato sauce on the bottom of a pot.

Add the rolls, cover with sauce, and simmer for 60-75 minutes over low heat.
