Walnut Palacsinta
Hungarian crepes with walnut filling and chocolate sauce
Ingredients
- Wheat flour250 g
- Milk300 ml
- Eggs2 pcs
- Walnuts200 g
- Sugar100 g
- Chocolate sauce150 ml
Instructions
Prepare wheat flour, milk, eggs, walnuts and sugar for Walnut Palacsinta.
Mix the wet and dry components separately, then combine until smooth.
For creamy desserts, heat gently; for dough-based desserts, cook until set or browned.
Add walnuts, sugar, milk and chocolate sauce at the right moment: into the mixture, filling, or for serving.
Let the dessert cool, set, or rest briefly.
Serve in portions.
