- Feta200 g
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Spinach350 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste

For Spinach Gozleme, cut spinach and wheat flour into serving pieces.

Brown spinach lightly.

Add spinach and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in olive oil and add feta.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.
