  • Potatoes700 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Parsley20 g
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Grate the potatoes and onion and squeeze out excess liquid.

Chop the parsley.

Add egg, flour, parsley, salt, and pepper to the potato mixture.

Mix well.

Heat oil and fry small potato pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side.
