Indian Fish Curry

A popular indian home-style dish with white fish fillets, coconut milk, tomatoes, well suited for a family weekly menu.

Ingredients

  • White fish fillets700 g
  • Coconut milk400 ml
  • Tomatoes300 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Turmeric1 tsp
  • Tamarind or lemon2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Indian Fish Curry, cut tomatoes, onion and turmeric into serving pieces.

Brown turmeric lightly.

Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in coconut milk and add white fish fillets and tamarind or lemon.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
