Ingredients

  • Cornmeal250 g
  • Feta or white cheese180 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Sour cream150 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Bring water to a boil in a pot and season with salt.

Gradually pour in the cornmeal, stirring constantly.

Cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes until thick.

Add butter and mix well.

Crumble the feta or white cheese.
