Ingredients
- Cornmeal250 g
- Feta or white cheese180 g
- Butter40 g
- Sour cream150 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Water500 ml

Bring water to a boil in a pot and season with salt.

Gradually pour in the cornmeal, stirring constantly.
