- Sugar100 g
- Butter30 g

- Black pepper0.5 tsp
Instructions
Prepare the base for Cachapa using Corn, Cheese, Milk, Egg.
Mix the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients and knead or stir to the right texture.
Let the dough or mixture rest if it needs hydration or fermentation.
Shape portions or place the mixture on a pan or baking tray.
Cook until browned on the outside and done in the center.
