Ingredients
- Squid600 g
- Wheat flour250 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Lemon1 pcs
- Oil for frying600 ml
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions

Clean the squid, cut it into rings, and dry it thoroughly with paper towels.

Prepare two bowls: beat the egg in one and mix flour with salt in the other.

Dip the squid rings in egg, then coat them in flour.

Heat the oil to 170-180°C.

Fry the squid in small batches for 1.5-2 minutes until golden.

Drain on paper towels and serve immediately with lemon.
