- Sauerkraut700 g
- Smoked ribs500 g
- Dried mushrooms40 g
- Potatoes600 g
- Paprika1 tbsp
- Onion1 pcs
- Salt1 to taste
- Cream150 ml
- Sour cream100 g
- Broth500 ml
- Water500 ml

Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes, then slice them.

Cover the smoked ribs with water and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

Add the sauerkraut, mushrooms, and diced potatoes.

Fry the onion with paprika and add it to the soup.

Cook for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the cabbage flavors the broth.
