Ingredients

  • White cabbage500 g
  • Pork and beef mince500 g
  • Rice250 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Milk300 ml
  • Breadcrumbs50 g
  • Cream150 ml
  • Sour cream100 g

Instructions

Shred the cabbage and briefly stew it with onion until soft.

Fry mince or mushrooms separately if included.

Mix cabbage with rice or grains, protein, and spices.

Whisk eggs with sour cream or milk for the custard.

Place the mixture in a baking dish, pour over the egg mixture, and top with cheese or breadcrumbs.
