- Spaetzle or egg noodles500 g
- Emmental cheese250 g
- Onions3 pcs
- Butter60 g
- Milk80 ml
- Parsley15 g
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions

Cook spaetzle or egg noodles in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.

Prepare the sauce: chop onions and warm in a pan.

Add onions and parsley and cook to the right tenderness.

Stir in butter, milk and emmental cheese and heat into a smooth sauce.

Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little cooking water for a creamy texture.
