Keema Curry

Ingredients

  • Lamb or beef mince600 g
  • Green peas150 g
  • Tomatoes400 g
  • Onions2 pcs
  • Ginger20 g
  • Garam masala2 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Fresh ginger1 tsp

Instructions

For Keema Curry, cut tomatoes, onions and lamb or beef mince into serving pieces.

Brown lamb or beef mince lightly.

Add onions and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in water and add green peas, ginger and garam masala.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
