Kimchi Fried Rice
A popular korean home-style dish with cooked rice, kimchi, bacon or tofu, well suited for a family weekly menu.
Ingredients
- Cooked rice500 g
- Kimchi250 g
- Bacon or tofu200 g
- Eggs4 pcs
- Gochujang1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
Instructions
Use cold cooked rice so it does not clump in the pan.
Chop the kimchi smaller and reserve some kimchi juice for flavor.
Fry onion or spring onion, add kimchi, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add rice, soy sauce, and a little kimchi juice, then stir-fry over high heat.
Finish with sesame oil and mix well.
Serve with an egg on top, sesame seeds, and spring onion.
