Ingredients

  • Fettuccine350 g
  • Chicken breast500 g
  • Cream300 ml
  • Parmesan120 g
  • Butter50 g
  • Garlic cloves2 cloves
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Season the chicken, cook it until done, then slice it.

Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, reserving some pasta water.

Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, and cook for 30 seconds.

Add cream and Parmesan and stir until the sauce is smooth.

Add the pasta and a splash of pasta water, tossing until creamy.
