Chicken Cacciatore
Chicken stewed with tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, and herbs
Ingredients
- Chicken thighs800 g
- Canned tomatoes400 g
- Bell peppers2 pcs
- Mushrooms250 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Dry white wine150 ml
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Dry wine150 ml
Instructions
For Chicken Cacciatore, cut canned tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, onion and chicken thighs into serving pieces.
Brown chicken thighs lightly.
Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Pour in dry white wine and olive oil and add the ingredients.
Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.
Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
