- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Paprika1 tsp

Instructions

Score or spatchcock the chicken so it cooks evenly.

Mix the marinade from chili, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Rub the chicken with the marinade and leave for at least 1 hour.
