Chicken in Polish Dill Sauce
Tender chicken in a light creamy dill sauce.
Ingredients
- Chicken breast600 g
- Broth300 ml
- Cream150 ml
- Flour1 tbsp
- Dill30 g
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Oil2 tbsp
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions
Season chicken fillets or thighs and brown lightly.
Add broth, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until cooked.
Mix cream with flour until smooth.
Pour the cream mixture into the pan while stirring the sauce.
Add plenty of chopped dill, lemon juice, and pepper.
Serve with potatoes, rice, or dumplings.
