Ingredients

  • Bell peppers5 pcs
  • Tomatoes500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Paprika1 tbsp
  • Optional sausage150 g
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

For Hungarian Lecso, cut bell peppers, tomatoes, onion and optional sausage into serving pieces.

Brown optional sausage lightly.

Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in oil and add paprika.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
