Ingredients

  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Beef mince500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Greek yogurt300 g
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Butter40 g
  • Paprika2 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Turkish Manti, cut onion, garlic, beef mince and wheat flour into serving pieces.

Brown beef mince lightly.

Add onion and garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in greek yogurt and butter and add paprika.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
