Masala Dosa

Ingredients

  • Dosa batter600 g
  • Potatoes700 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Mustard seeds1 tsp
  • Turmeric1 tsp
  • Coconut chutney150 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Stir the dosa batter and thin it with water if needed to a crepe-like consistency.

Boil, peel, and roughly mash the potatoes.

Fry mustard seeds, onion, curry leaves or spices, then add turmeric.

Add potatoes, salt, and a little water and mix the filling.

Spread a thin layer of batter on a hot pan and cook until the edges crisp.

Place potato filling inside, fold the dosa, and serve with chutney.
