- Garlic3 cloves
- Dry white wine150 ml
- Cornmeal250 g
- Bryndza cheese200 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Homemade sausages200 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Dry wine150 ml

For Moldovan Tochitura, cut garlic, pork, cornmeal, eggs and homemade sausages into serving pieces.

Brown pork, cornmeal, eggs and homemade sausages lightly.

Add garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in dry white wine and add bryndza cheese.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.
