French Omelette
Tender rolled omelette with butter and herbs
Ingredients
- Eggs2 pcs
- Butter40 g
- Fresh herbs10 g
- Salt0.25 tsp
Instructions
Beat the eggs with salt using a fork until smooth, without whipping in too much air.
Melt the butter in a small pan over medium-low heat.
Pour in the eggs and stir constantly with a spatula in small motions until creamy.
When the eggs are almost set, smooth the surface and reduce the heat.
Carefully fold the omelette into a roll or in half.
Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with herbs, and serve immediately.
