Ingredients
- Cooked rice400 g
- Chicken250 g
- Eggs6 pcs
- Ketchup100 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Green peas80 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

Use chilled or day-old rice for the filling.

Fry onion and chicken or ham, then add rice and ketchup and stir until evenly colored.

Season with salt and pepper and mound the rice on a plate.

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and cook a thin, soft omelet.

Cover the rice with the omelet or wrap the rice inside it.
